A MOTORCYCLE

1) You May Need A Special License
What many people don’t realize is that certain state’s require the rider of the motorcycle to have a specialized driver’s license.
Unless your garage already has plenty of space, your have a secure storage shed at your house or someone who is willing to let you park the motorcycle in their garage while it’s not in use, finding and paying for storage, especially long term, can be tedious and can get very expensive.
Before making your purchase, ensure you have proper storage already taken care of.
3) You Might Need Specific Insurance
Insurance: everyone’s favorite monthly payment... right?
As much as we all hate paying for insurance, it is definitely worth it when it comes to protecting an investment as valuable as a motorcycle. The type of insurance you need will depend on the type of motorcycle you have purchased. Typically motorcycles can be added onto your current automobile policy.
An insurance policy for your new motorcycle should cover claims regarding: damage, theft, personal injury, and even breakdowns.
4) You're Going To Want More
Apart from the motorcycle itself costing nearly as much than a normal vehicle would, pretty much everything involved with being an motorcycle owner costs exceptionally more as well. This includes anything from a new helmet, intercom system, protective clothing, monthly insurance, repair costs, and even maintenance costs.
You wouldn’t buy a new pair of shoes before trying them on, nor would you buy a new tv without turning it on to see what the picture looks like, so the same should go for a motorcycle.
